Online Class Guidelines

To ensure a productive learning environment, every student is requested to follow these guidelines:

Camera

Students are encouraged to keep their cameras switched ON throughout the session, as active participation significantly improves confidence, communication skills, and mentor interaction.

Internet

Students must ensure a stable internet connection before joining each class.

Attendance

• Regular attendance is essential for steady improvement.

• If a student is unable to attend a scheduled class, they should inform the mentor in advance whenever possible.

• A missed class may be compensated through a one-on-one catch-up session on the weekend, subject to prior request and mutual availability.

Participation

• Students should actively participate in discussions, speaking exercises, role plays, and assignments.

• Learning English requires consistent practice, not passive listening.

Certificate Criteria

Students will receive a Certificate of Completion upon successfully fulfilling the following requirements:

• Minimum 80% attendance

• Submission of weekly assignments

• Active participation in class activities

• Completion of the final speaking assessment
